914World.com _ 914World Garage _ Fuel Line Diagram

Posted by: sjhenry1075 Nov 3 2016, 06:58 AM

Hey everyone.. So I'm in the middle of replacing my fuel lines and realized I cut the lines to the fuel pump without taking a picture first. My question is, does anyone have a diagram that depicts which line goes where from the bulkhead to the pump? Also, which of the two stainless lines is the return line?

On a separate note, I sent my injectors to Mr. Injector to have them serviced and just wanted to give him a shout out for a job well done. The injectors came back looking brand new and he even put three Jolly Ranchers in the package for good measure (I'm guessing cause it was close to Halloween). If anyone needs their injectors serviced I recommend you use Mr. Injector - http://www.mrinjector.us/

Thank you for all the information everyone, It's definitely appreciated! Hopefully once I complete replacing all fuel lines and install my injectors the car should start. (fingers crossed).

No, SS lines are two different sizes. Stock 1.7 with stock fuel pump.

Diagram on bottom of Dave's 2.0 drawings.
Small one is usually the return.
I'm assuming fuel pump up front?

BTDT, last month. Viewed from the passenger side fender. Stock lines before replacement. Skinny return line on drivers side, thicker feed line on the pass side.

The larger one is the feed line; the smaller one is the return line.
