I just bought a 1986 vw cabriolet with a broken fuel pump for $225.00 Has new top but needs a 125 dollar fuel pump (guess what have this very fuel pump) going to let the wife drive this it's not great shape but it's only got 105000 miles on it I promise I 'll post pics after I get it home

this is number 5 five in the Vw/porsche fleet

1. 1973 porsche 914
2. 1972 parts porsche 914
3. 1997 Jetta
4. 1988 Vw fox
5. 1986 Cabrio

in the last 30 days got rid of the following
6. 1964 vw bug
7. 1972 porsche 914
8. 1989 vw fox

course its rear ended someone since then but still in good shape
damage is not too bad

'88 Fox huh, is it still running? Always thought it was odd that VW named a car the same as Audi.

oh yea My fox has 195000 miles and runs strong, has asterter problem per say ( have to change it every year or so cuase it burns up fo some strange reason. can't find the source of that but I love that car
