Ok, do the 911 Carraera struts fit on a 914 arm with the new style balljoint?

Unless there's something I don't know about the real late stuff, I believe you can use anything from '65 to early (pre-964) '89.

'72 and older used a different ball joint and securing method (pinch bolt instead of newer wedge bolt)
