914World.com _ 914World Garage _ Nut size

Posted by: 74ravenna Mar 26 2017, 10:34 AM

Does anyone know the size of the 4 nuts and washers that hold the impeller housing on to the engine? They screw onto the studs on the engine.
I've lost mine and i can't find the size on any parts breakdown. I can see them on the parts listings but they don't tell the size.

TIA

Steve

I hate to ask, what is a wave washer?

A washer that is bent so it looks a bit wavy from the side. Provides a little tension to help keep the nuts or bolts from backing off.
