914World.com _ 914World Garage _ What is this resister?

Posted by: gspreeman Mar 27 2017, 08:35 PM

Think it was the emergency flasher that I was taking pictures of and just now, when I zoomed in, I noticed what seems to be a DIY resister. Maybe not. Looks suspect. Any ideas?

? Possible suppression resistor ? Tom used something like that in his custom hot-start relay set up. Forgot it's purpose....

The resistor is hooked to the instrument lighting circuit and is used to make the light in the knob glow when the lights are on.
