Its the opposite in PA, I pay a one time $75 antique registration fee and then I'm done, No more fees and no inspections, not even an initial inspection. It even allows for occasional driving to work, driving at night, ect. So far nobody's tried to mess with it. So far....
Luckly Oregon is the same. Special use plate no DEQ if you aren't using for a daily driver. $75
