One of the areas they originally used for filming the old show is about 10 miles from my house... we were there one time about 15 years ago and found a chunk of bright orange sheetmetal laying in the briar patch... Wonder where that came from??
Now that area is a friggin sub division- pisses me off every time I drive by it and see all the yuppies SUVs parked in front of their houses....

Our own Dave Darling told me his uncle was a stunt driver for the show. Not sure if he was in charge of making the tire squeeling sounds on dirt roads (always wondered about how they did that).
