I know some may have seen it on my build thread but wantes to share where I am at as of now.. I think its coming along nicely.
very nice. My approach was a little different but with outstanding IMHOpin results too / I made mine out of carbon fiber and epoxy resin and they are half the weight of the tin pieces and fit great including the rubber to "tin" lip mate area.
Keep up the good work.

Very nice job .
Ben,
Any further update with this or the muffler to go along with your heat exchangers you are designing?
Looking great so far!
Good job, I also made my own. For the rear I mated a 911 tin with a /4 rear tin.
Just an FYI, Restoration Design is just finishing up the dies on OE perfect repop tin sets.
If anyone wants a homebuilt front tin let me know I'll sell it cheap. Member/friend had an OE piece in a lot he bought and gave it to me, so I don't have a need for the one I made.
The front tin is about the hardest bit to make.
Do you have a tentative price for the muffler?
GB sounds good to me. Going by the heat exchangers and oil tank I have, put me down for one muffler when you start the GB thread.
Here is a sneak peak of the outer shell. Internals will be almost identical to the factory banana as they were excellent flowing mufflers and gives a perfect tone plus you could mod to a sport if you wanted.
Mark I am sure I can work something out with you on bumpers ..
