914World.com _ 914World Garage _ Tweet's lock service

Posted by: mepstein Jul 1 2017, 09:57 AM

This is from my motorcycle, not a 914 but it's from an aircoolec '73 so same idea. Like many of the parts on the bike, it was all apart, missing pieces, in a cardboard box. Tweet / Dan was able to source the missing parts, clean it up, put it back together and make me a new key - missing as well. It was important to me to use the correct key so that it would match the lock on the bikes head tube. I'm 100% satisfied with his repair and customer service.

On a 914 note, I will ask him to re key the locks on my conversion car so the 911 ignition switch matches the rest of the locks.
