OCR is having their monthly breakfast at Original Mike's in Santa Ana this Saturday morning, & Cabrios & Targas will be featured this time in the "Cone Zone - Porsche Alley"(open top cars - not including sunroofs).

Car placement starts about 7-ish am, Cars-Coffee-&-Chat 7 to 8-8:30-ish am, breakfast 8-8:30-ish to 10-11-ish, board meeting follows, so the rest of us usually go outside to continue to chat & drool on cars.

It's a very good buffet breakfast at $10/person IIRC,
... usually with a speaker, but I don't know who the speaker is for this month.

Let's get a good 914 turn-out.

If something doesn't come up then, I'll be there to help with the parking, & will try to set out an area for the 914s, if y'all can give me an idea of how many will come out.

Who thinks that they might make it?

PS - You don't have to be a member to attend, just say you're interested in possibly joining, & ask for application info., & they may have a free sample of Panorama &/or our OCR Pando for you too.

If anybody has pix from the 914 featured car at this event, then feel free to post them here.

PS - It's a friggin' $10 breakfast buffet people - a steal anywhere!
Plus you get your 914 out for exercise
... & meet up with folks to talk Porsches & about any other cars!

I am a new owner of a beautiful 914 and it would be nice to meet you guys and share about this machine. Still lot to learn.

First time that I go to such event. Any advice?

You've come to the right place. Look for local get togethers. PCA, Cars&coffee, G&R, Etc. There usually listed here in the Garage. Just introduce yourself and look for the 914 guys hanging around there cars.

I got home late last night from Escondido & Cruisin Grand's German Cars Nite, & slept thru my alarm for this morning!

Maybe those who made it can share some pix for the others on here.

Sounds like at least 3-4 914s were going!

Not sure yet Steve when something in the "zone" will feature 914s, but the meal & a bunch of Porsches are always the same!
