Well, I finally got the new panel all welding in and finished out. Just need to get some paint to match -nepal orange
Definately tired of leaning over the front bumper to work on this thing. I am not a body worker so this sh*t takes me too much time.
Geoff
So, Geoff, is my pan gonna be that nice? Damn fine body work, for a "no-body" guy
Punn intended...
Gonna try dude...gonna try.
Geoff
great job. where are the welds? did you have a "before" pic?
Here is the before pic after it was tacked in.
Nice job!
Looks like a real pro job. Good show.
Just remember, you don't have to use a cutting torch to cut a hole in the bottom if the cable breaks....duh! DPO!
Great job Geoff. You must have started with some really great parts

Damn! I know who I will be calling!! Have welder will travel.
So how much amperage do I need in my garage Geoff? Is 110 ok? You do battery trays while the engine is still in the car right?
Thanks again for the trunk piece Craig. It just barely covered the stupid hole!
Geoff
110v welder should have a dedicated 15A circuit breaker.
Geoff,
I know it's been said, but as an aspiring amateur welder I gotta say that is one FINE piece of work.
