If you are on here, you need to bring this by and let us help you make this the car it was meant to be. Kudos for actually having a running 914 but you really need to do something about it's appearance. We could make it much nicer in just a few weekends with a little help from other club members. Here is the 914 I just saw at Euclid and the 405 in Fountain Valley.
Not for the weak at heart.

Hey Scott,
That doesn't look like a 914 you're taking the picture from... At least the guy's driving his POS...
(no insult intended...just harassing ya).
finally a driving teener that looks worse than mine!!!
There is a black crappy one in my hood that I left a message on. It didnt even have door handles I offered to let the guy rummage through my parts stash as I felt sorry for him, but I never got a call.
Felling vindicated Brando
That car is intentionally made to look like a POS so it isn't attractive to thieves. Probably a sleeper under the hood.
Daaaammmmmm! And I thougt Brando's was an ugly one!
I agree with scruz914. Why fix it up? It will just get egged, keyed, broken into, and stolen.
Dont ask me how I know.
