914World.com _ 914World Garage _ gas pedal stop

Posted by: Calwaterbear Oct 21 2017, 11:57 AM

rebulding my pedal board, have one original that worked OK as a template, but the stop had some guys rig using a long bolt, nuts and washers etc. In the other example I have the board is completely destroyed, but I was able to extract a plastic boltt from the stop fitting.

In looking at the Haynes Manual, itr appears as this is the original (stock) piece.

is that correct? and does it just screw into the nut on the plate - no other hardware?
thanks

It’s justaplastic bolt with no locknut. Used to stop the throttle at the full open position, so it’s adjustable.
