Sounds like a process failed to start or terminate...
0xC000021A: STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED
This occurs when Windows switches into kernel mode and a user-mode subsystem, such as Winlogon or the Client Server Runtime Subsystem (CSRSS), is compromised and security can no longer be guaranteed. Because Windows can’t run without Winlogon or CSRSS, this is one of the few situations where the failure of a user-mode service can cause the system to stop responding. This Stop message also can occur when the computer is restarted after a system administrator has modified permissions so that the SYSTEM account no longer has adequate permissions to access system files and folders.
I agree though, I have never come across that one. You are running NT4 on that thing? Sorry, but the only advice I could offer would be to install Linux on it.
Andy,
Does this system have Roxio on it??
and what OS is it?

I did get the SQL error message this morning around 9:00. I jumped on the bird board to see if there was any status. But my next click on this club brought me right back.
Sorry, I wasn't really much help to your question.
