I dont know how many of you are keeping up with UALs troubles. I was reading that the judge in the case has decided that they can hold off on required safety inspections of large aircraft that haul over 92 folks. His reasoning is that if it just flew in it proved it will be OK to fly out Kind of makes you wonder what the judge is smoking I know I am glad I did not go to UAL when I had the chance a while back. I would hate to have my pension messed with and be working for less than what I started at. This is one company that just needs to go away and stop sucking good folks dry. I have a few friends that I went to A+P school with that work for them and they are burned out and beat down. They get pay cuts and the big cheese gets a bonus for doing such a great job

I don't know how to break this to you, but it's likely going to happen to you down the road sooner or later. It's not just airlines. That's the new hip business model, going through chaper 11 to "rearrange" things that you can't control....... |
