I just waved at you while on my morning commute and you were apparently distracted by driving safely and didn't see me, what's with that?
Apparently there are a couple 914's here in town that actually get used...

It's funny when you see one on the road. I know I always try to catch up and get a better look at the car.

Colin Greene has a silver one with a nice upsized four in Lake Forest.

There’s a silver narrow body v8 in my neighborhood. Really nice!! Have not ever seen him at Cars & coffee

In Washington State at least I'm usually so startled when I see another 914 on the road that I don't get a chance to wave back because I'm staring at the other car so hard.
