I've seen threads that mention that the plastic cup snaps onto the ball of the ball pin, but how does one remove it without breaking it? I need to transfer it to another tranny, but I don't know exactly how to pry if off the existing tranny without damaging it. Did a search, but found nothing.
If it can be arranged, heating it in some hot water can soften some of this plastic, but it may be easiest to just purchase another one.
I am lost
What is a ball pin?
All the plastic bushings will come out and can be transferred.
Hot water works, but if yhere is any wear or deformation you can get slop. At $3.20 why risk doi g the job 2x.

Use an open end wrench to lever it off.
You'll have to cobble a fulcrum.
If it survives..... buy a spare anyway
