914World.com _ 914World Garage _ How do the front turn signal housings come off?

Posted by: Tdskip Mar 16 2018, 02:11 PM

I am probably missing something obvious, but....

I did try searching before asking.

Thanks in advance for the help.

under the fender is a u-shaped bracket with a nut (10mm I think) attaching it to a stud on the housing. Remove the nut, pull off the bracket, and then the housing will lift out from the front.

You can purchase a newly cleaned and plated u shaped bracket from Bruce. That will save you some time.
