Drilling id really your only option

Can you add a picture? I am assuming it is still one?

These bolts are very susceptible to rust and fatigue. There are suppose to be some rubber caps on top. If you can’t see the the bolt from the top remove these and use a penetrating oil. I like PB Blaster.

It is unlikely any part of the bolt is above the retaining bracket so welding on a nut is likely not an option but heathy will help! Sometimes I am reluctant to use a torch so I use a heat gun. Takes a very long time but can heat enough to have an impact.

The like said above you can drill and try a reverse thread extractor. If it is really tight you may have to drill and tap for larger reverse thread bolt.

When done replace all of the bolts with new stainless steel ones and use anti seize on the bolts.

Tangerine makes a replacement for the threaded insert section if you need it.

http://www.tangerineracing.com/chassisrepair.htm

"The rear outer suspension consoles each have three of these. Our piece is an accurate repro of the factory component. This sleeve makes a quality repair possible if you are unable to repair the threads after breaking a bolt. A 7/8" hole saw will cut through the top weld on the console making it easy to remove the old sleeve."

It is a backup to a problem that exists.

Also there are plastic plugs at the top of these sleeves. You can add some penetrate. Take a punch and drop it in the top and top the top of the bolt. Rinse and repeat until your ready to give it a try.

I have a set of reverse drill bits to give it a fitting chance.

Best of luck with this repair.

I didn’t realize they were sleeved, thats good to know! Ill give it a try with some taps and a reverse drill bit or extractor and see what i can do
