I cannot get a single nut (new or used) onto the 6 through-the-case bolts.
Same diameter but a different pitch?
Ready to call pick and pull and have them haul it all away....
Different pitch....which means I've misplaced the 6 nuts, only took 5 hours to get to this point , glad I don't get paid by the hour working on my own stuff,
M10-1.5 for head studs
M10-1.25 for the though-the-case bolts.
m10 1.25 sealing nuts I will look to see if I have any left Kerry
Just buy new Ny-loc nuts.
Used ones loose strength.

I have fallen out of love for the nylock nuts. They seem to loose gripping power with heat. I feel these are a better option

Thanks, for now I just bought normal nuts to squeeze the case together, I'll get proper ones later in the week.
What gets me is that I bought the hardware kit from the Type IV store and you'd think they'd include these nuts when they have all the other nuts and washers.
I agree with Mark, nothing but problems with nylocs because of heat ratings.
I get my Top Locks at a more reasonable price from Grainger
