It includes -
2 - TN1-2 or TN4 lenses Clear (I have a limited quantity of amber at $3 each more)
2 - fog light gaskets
10 - Spring retainer clips

2 rock chip protectors for the lenses, as these will get pitted without them.

$75 a set clear $81 amber

So who needs to rebuild thiers?

Also as a special only for those that add onto thier kit you can get a set of fog light grills for $88 in chrome, $75 in black.

Whos in?

What's the difference? Is TN4 a driving beam?

Posted by: 914_teener Jun 11 2018, 06:16 AM

Mark,

A few questions:

Are the lenses glass or polymer?

Do you have a ready LED solution that fits the stock fog lights?

Thanks in Advance

TN1/2 is the split early style it seems to diffuse the light more. The TN4 is the late style. For a long time TN1/2 were unobtainum. These are Hella, and are glas like OEM. What you may be looking at in the picture with the seal on it is the lens protector. We highly recommend these for use on all fog lights to reduce wear and tear on the glass. Most look like they have been sand blasted after some time on the road. Now you can simply buy another protector and save a bunch of time and effort.
This is why we include these when we sell the glass.

Man what a great deal, anyone who hasn’t done this should, especially at that price. Did mine a few years ago, very easy yet rewarding job—before and after beerchug.gif

That does look great. Mine look like the top. I tried to polish and burnish......there isn't enough time for me to do that when you can drive the car

Thanks for doing these Mark.

Details? Is the Gb on the site or working on it?

Bump the thread I send you the codes. You should have in you PMs now.

And even if you have a great set of these. You should look at using the fog light lens protectors on the site. The will give you a protective layer. Will decrease the chance of breaking if hit, and hold it together if it does. But mostly because of the sand blast effect. You can't polish that out (at least without commercial equipment).

Mark,

I hope I'm not too late...

One set, clear TN1-2 please. If those are already gone, then one set in amber.

Please PM me with details.

BTW, I also need a set of the roof hold-downs for the rear trunk.

Thanks!

I would like a set. Are the lenses interchangeable? If so, I would prefer the earlier ones TN1-2. If they are not interchangeable, I need to check which ones I have. I need to know how to send you $$.

I might as well install the new grilles that I have had sitting on my bench for years as well.

Thanks!

Posted by: Mikey914 Jun 21 2018, 10:26 PM

Perfect time to install the new grills, and YES they are interchangeable. That's why many early cars got the late lenses when the TN1/2's were unavailable.

I'm running five rivet expensive fogs, Mark's clear lens protectors are a no-brainer.

I have to say that these are awesome. Mine showed up yesterday.

Wish I had these years ago.

If I were smart, I would buy another set.

Posted by: Grafiks Jun 29 2018, 04:57 AM

Mickey,
Is the fog light rebuild kit still available? Also the amber lens.
I especially need the wires that hold the lens and ring on.
Thanks,
Bob
