In this thread Mark is using Boxster rear hubs/flanges.

Complete assemblies can be found on eBay for about $75 each on the low end and they most all come with ebrakes.

One search pulled up the brake shoes being the same as 911 and 924 as well as a few other models which would make them seem to be the same dimensions and would work with 911 rear brake rotors.

Boxster rotor mounting holes are sightly off center. I would find a boxster rotor and see how it fits up. Might be easy to space. I don't remember how the parking brake assembly mounts up. Somebody should try and put a package together and see what the options are since the costs are so cheap now. 914 rear bearing holder plate must be cut down to clear Boxster hub.

Seems way easier to use 911 parking brakes. I have a complete setup I'm planning to put under my 930 rotors. The 914 trailing arm just needs a little grinding to mount the plate.

Remember the parking brake has to match the rotor not the stub. I'm not sure if the Boxster and 911 rotor inside dimensions are the same. I've never seen Boxster rotors on a 914.

Supposedly same brake pad so it would have to be the same diameter or within range.

I figure for less than $200 shipped I can get 2 Boxster hubs* and 2 parking brake setups.

*I currently have redrilled rear hubs and now I'd also have hubcentric hubs with the Boxster parts and I can sell my parts to help offset the cost.

Parking brake diameters are the same!

⌀180.1 for both

Offset is different however that is easy to deal with.

Caliper spacing might be an issue, going Hub Centeric is a smart plan. I have the parts back in the shop to do both my cars. 911 parts not Boxster. How I have the Boxster S brake stuff for the 914, it takes an adapter to make it bolt on.

Not that you don't have the skills to machine up anything you need for the car.

Biggest challenge I think is my 15" wheels which I refuse to give up.

I'd just machine the Boxster hub down to fit the 911 rotor.... all problems solved.

What are the matching stubs? 911, 944 , 986?

I think that is best bet, shopping for 911 rear rotors right now (window shopping )

The most confusing part of this for me is the stub axles

I know the early 911 stuff works, expensive used.

If I read a thread by aAron Cox, he is using 951 stub axles with 911 hubs so I'm thinking the 951 stub axles should work with these.

You will need a small spacer I think, you can figure that out and machine the ring. PMS sells them, but why when you can do it yourself and send more in time and money.

I have a set of late 944/951 stubs & hubs as mentioned in a thread. Hub offset is too far out for calipers. LMK if you need measurements.

How does the parking brake mount to the trailing arm?
