I'd really like to keep my new paint looking good. Any suggestions for rear wheel well flaps?
I'd be more tempted to do the clear film to not mess up the look.
Stay off dirt roads, or move to Alabama where everyone has them........
My bad......sorry Snakemain.... agree clear wrap
You talking mud flaps or wheel well liners?
Nothing made by Porsche as far as I know but there are a sh** load of various types on the interwebs.

Mud Flaps are cool - especially if you live near dirt/gravel roads, or in Montana like the OP. I say go for it ! Gives the car the ralley look, better than clear film in that setting IMHO.
There were mud flaps available thru the dealership back when these cars were new, not factory but authorized accessories. There could be NOS flaps out there but they would be rare.
Check out Jeff Bowlsby's website.

Saw these at the Phonix club last year. The owner said that they were original Porsche installed accessories.

I think a pair of Yosemite Sam mudflaps with "BACK OFF " would be the right touch.

I think clear-bra is the best way to go.
...wheel well mounted.
