Well, I guess an "I told you so" is in order here, at minimum.

Several months ago, I called out Stromberg. I tried to let you all see what was up in advance. I was almost banned, my employer was almost banned, and I was chastised for being publicly immature and overly nasty without evidence.

Well, I stayed away, and kept my mouth shut, out of respect for you guys and your wishes. I'm a man, and a decent man at that. But now...

I guess there's enough evidence now though huh I wonder where all the Stromberg supporters are in hiding with his stupid ass now.

He sold an engine now to a guy at the WCC. Why couldn't he be there?!!? Everybody knows why this little bitch wasn't at the WCC. You knew I was gonna be there didn't you Steve.

Were you afraid that you might have to TRY and make good on your threat to come and kick my ass?!!?

Pardon me sirs, but when I was telling everybody this guy is a dishonest dirtbag, I was threatened with being banned, and told I was being immature.

WELL I GUESS I TOLD YOU SO JUST DOESN'T DO THIS JUSTICE!!!

So Steve, isn't Tom Whistler the guy at import motor, the motor meister of the type 4 world?!?! No wonder you're selling engines so cheap, they're put together as halfass as your business plan.

And whenever you're ready to make good on your threat, I'm waiting. And like I told you in the emails we exchanged, I'm not driving out to Bum Fucked Egypt to meet you at some girly ass boxing club?!!?

You guys wonder why the 914 DTM hasn't been released yet??? You can thank your buddy for it... It's just one more thing he has done to hurt everyone in the Type 4 engine world.

Blitzkrieg is in the works, I hope that he is better at representing himself in front of a Judge than he is at representing himself in this forum and to the honest public.

Someone has a lot of explaining to do.

I spent 14 hours yesterday pruning posts all over the net removing technical data to keep it from being further stolen, copied and pasted- You can thank this person for this as well, from now on it will have to be bought from my Type 4 store-

I have lost too many nights sleep over this and I'll bet Joe Locicero, the designer of the DTM is rolling in his grave on a nightly basis just thinking of his 12 year project being copied.

I don't think he'll be as lucky as Michael Jackson was.

I laugh everytime I think about the case going to court here in my county.... That will probably be very entertaining, anyone want to come sit in on the case???

Hey Jake, first order of business is to add a boilerplate "information contained here copyrighted 06/2005 by [your company name here]" to your sig in each forum, so every post is copyrighted. Second is to trademark your names, like "DTM" and and the rest. You don't neet to pay and register them with the govt, just put the TM symbol after it every time you use it. Neither gives perfect protection, but both are real simple to do and will give additional leverage if you ever end up in court. It's just plain good business practice. In fact those two things by themselves could well prompt somebody's lawyer to advise them that it would be better to seek a settlement than to try to defend themselves against you in court.

I was actualy going to ask you if you still had a NOS DTM that I could borrow from Joe himself... I thought you may have one and I need it for a point of reference.

I have been working on the TM and registration for a while, but I have so many priorities with getting the job done here, unfortunately I can't do it all.

The fact is that if we did not have immoral, dis-honest worthless bastards among us that I would not need to utilize my time to go through the hassles associated with all the preventive measures. This experience has proven that these people exist and the measures are needed so they will be taken, but at a cost to the customer.

I do think it's OK for Jason to get it off his chest. I seem to remember that first TYPE4 post and people seemed to be jumping on him and coming to 's defense in droves. And that's cool too... kinda like a Jury needing hard facts before they convict.

Yeah, but what bothers me, and Jake is being a Southern Gentleman about it, but you see I have been corrupted - one by being a lawyer, and two - by having to live in Massachusetts with all the Massholes - so I'll go right ahead and say it - has his friends and allies right here in our little community, guys who have actively participated in his dirty little schemes and who pretend to be innocent and "good" members of the 914 community (and you know who you are) and now they are all laying low and not coming to his aid and behind the scenes they are still working with him. William, I suppose a statement from Mr. Kline would be in order as to his knowledge of the alledged and his intents. I would say that this person would be a good witness for my side of the case.

I want that mold, I want Arnold and I want to be able to live in peace again without having to hire detectives and take trips to California to investigate things.

A GPS, digital camera and a customer that owns a Helicopter are really nice things to have when dealing with a person this shady.

Too many people have seen the shroud that was "in work" including another one of the alledged persons customers that went south on him.... That person is willing to testify to what they observed in someone's backyard AFTER a cease and desist demand letter was sent to the alledged in the normal manner.

If anyone has any knowledge of this activity, find me before I find you and issue the paperwork.

Eric - being a lawyer sometimes requires you to be "mean." Mean as in, I'm not going to let anyone rip off the hard work of my client and pass it off as theirs and try to get away with it. By the way, I the pedal assembly. As I've said before, I have dealt with many vendors here (Brad, HPH, Bowlsby, Racer Chris, etc.) and I have never had a bad experience. I have shown the pedal assembly to lots of local Porsche guys and they just simply can not believe it. YOU, YOU ARE GOOD!

Well, let me get this out in the open, I am not now or was I ever involved in the conspiracy to copy any of Jake's products. I am not going to take sides on this just as I didnt take them on Kevin's engine. It is not in my better interest to be involved in the drama going on lately. If fact, if it keeps up, I will most likely take a leave from here. Jake has everything under control. Please do not use my name or implicate me in this or any other drama on the forum. Things are under control and I have talked to Skline and so has one of my lawyers. I think that Scott is a good guy in the saga- Nuff said.

At this point these things are still very open as to what will occur next, but someone knows who Arnold is, someone knows that there are counterfeit DTMs being produced or have already been produced and I am using every tool possible to stop it. Unfortunately this person is on this board.

If any one of you had the same thing happen to you- You would also do everything you could to keep it from going to court- I don't have time for that and consider it a last resort but its all in the works as we speak.

So far the Private investigators and 3 different lawyers hasn't been cheap and it may take a day in court to make it all worth while and stop the problem at the source.

I do not want to add drama here either I just want to get to the bottom of something that has been hounding me for weeks, has cost me time and has kept a new product from being released.

With that being said, I will keep my mouth shut here and go back to trying to find Arnold and the molds to my product.
