Equal weight side to side front and back. Backs may be heavier than fronts or vice versa, but left and right on the same end should be equal or factory recommended specs.

How does one adjust "it", "ride level adjustments?

The 914 is adjusted by the Front Torsion bar adjusters and the rear coilover perches, if adjustable.
