um i'm putting the exhaust on and its not going.....wtf?
try some lube
really. do you have the right exhaust on the right side,?
Is this on the 1.7, 2.0, Subaru or the LT1 ?
Do you have studs? Are they straight?? Are the ears on the heat exchangers bent?
AAron, i took it off as a unit and i'm trying to put it on as a unit....maybe the angle isnt right or something...or maybe i need to get my fake welder out and weld me my own exhaust
it's not fitting well, but its only off by like one cm.
Yuh gotta take it all apart, put the collectors on loosely, hook up the muffler loosely, then fiddle each collector into place and tighten them up carefully.
take the rear exhaust off, bolt on each side THEN do the rear. You usually have to flex the rear around to fit it onto the muffler section, so putting the whole thing on my be difficult.
You should have gotten the roller muffler, or at least the muffler needle bearings.

well see my O-pipe didnt fit, so i had to cut out some circles in my rear bumper....i'm getting a set of 9 this week, needle bearings that is....one per knutdson valve
