We are making these along with the rear fender repair panels. Comments?
Definitely needed but sucks if the rust is bad enough to need it.
Do you have a pic of the rear fender repair panels.

The problem usually occurs down in the crevice where the rubber goes - & so the damage may go unseen on many 914s.
So probably a needed rustoration item George!

Awesome! I've been waiting for someone to make those. What's the rough cost?
about 95 each.

Every car I have ever disassembled has had rust in the cowl/fender seam
Great idea!
Are they available right now? Trying to decide what I want to do fab a few small repair areas or buy yours?

Much needed .............. Well done.
we will fit this week, make any changes and then can stamp in three weeks and have supply here. The other part we are doing is the back of the front fender for the dog leg which always rusts as well as the part of the fender that joins this cowl piece.
Long long ago, we decided to make body repair panels first, as my phrase was "if you have no body you have no car" and glad we did. Those parts have enabled us to save many many 914s.
Nice! I need these parts.
