Definitely needed but sucks if the rust is bad enough to need it.

Mark -

The problem usually occurs down in the crevice where the rubber goes - & so the damage may go unseen on many 914s.

So probably a needed rustoration item George!

we will fit this week, make any changes and then can stamp in three weeks and have supply here. The other part we are doing is the back of the front fender for the dog leg which always rusts as well as the part of the fender that joins this cowl piece.


Long long ago, we decided to make body repair panels first, as my phrase was "if you have no body you have no car" and glad we did. Those parts have enabled us to save many many 914s.
