Recent eBay sales of a set of very nice (recently restored?) 914-6 rear calipers.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Porsche-914-6-Rear-Calipers-Pair-/132911851688?nordt=true&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.m43663.l10137

You'll need to arrow down the page to find the original auction.

$1059......I'd say a fair and realistic price for these.

Whole lot of money or maybe not?

Based on my own conversations with a well known brake expert, and a couple very knowledgeable 914-6 guys; I'd say the buyer got a killer deal.

I'd expect a pro quality (like say, PMB smile.gif )rebuilt set of '6 rear calipers to bring somewhere between $13-1500

I got my first two sets of 308 calipers for $250 until the Ferrari guys caught on.

agree.gif 308s where cheap before they found out 914 guys wanted them. And one of the few parts I wish I never sold.
