Seeing the recent 914 event photos seems like the collective 'we' average is in the 50's-60's.
Where are the youngins?
Just turned 53 a week ago or so.

I use the hot chicks thread level on front page as a basis.
That being said, I like the fact that there is a Hot Woman thread.

59 this year. First 914 back in 79. Built my first six conversion and still have it back in 86.
57 - Just old enough to afford to buy a POS used 914 in my early 20s and manage to hang on to one until now when I can (almost) afford to fix it up the way I always imagined.
70. Bought 73' in 81'.

45, and counting...

My 3rd grandchild is due in 3 months ...
60 in October.
too old unfortunately, and I was not really old enough to afford a new 914 even in 1976. Almost 67 later this month.
51 and living on borrowed time.
Bought my 1st 914 when I was 20 and proceeded to convince all my friends that I would be dead by 30 by driving them around corners in the 914 at speeds that seemed insane to those unfamiliar with 914 handling capabilities.
I’m still here.
I started with 914 8 yrs ago when I’m 42. So I’m with 914 50th anniversary. Hhhmmm I should find 1969 built 914.
Holding a 70 right now.
We were all a lot younger in 2003.
will be 73 next month. This will be my last season with the car. I will be turning over the car to my son, he's a firefighter . I know the car will be in good hands he will be an excellent caretaker for the car.
Great question
I have a measurement on my garage wall showing my age.
0" inches at the floor to a height of 100" inches.
Each year on my birthday I mark off inches on the scale.
I want to live to 100 years old, so I only have 18 inches to live.
Tom
63 and grandchild #12 was born in January
Bought my 914 at age 33, just turned 41.
65 and still trying to get my first 914 running.
47. Bought my first 914 about 10 years ago. (runs great) and putting together my second one now. I wish i had discovered these cars long ago.
73 is coming up. Recently sold my last Ducati, believe me I'll miss it as it was the real deal for acceleration. My 75 is back date with a 3.2 in it.
Sorry, wrong thread.
48 3/4
29. My wife always jokes about how all my car friends are “old”. This thread doesn’t help my case.
Old enough to order from senior menu and fortunate enough to use my military discount at Home Depot and Lowes.
Oh...and love my 79 cent senior coffee every morning.

43.. And 43 years ago riding around in my dad's 356 A..
44 in a couple of weeks.
Younger than your average Triumph, MG, Jensen, Healey and Lotus owner.
About the same as the average Fiat and Alfa owner however.
I'll be 40 next month. I've been around these cars my whole life. My first car was a 73 2.0. My current 73 2.0 I've had for almost 20 yrs now and bought it from the second owner. My 74 2.0 was my Dads car, and has been in the family since 85.
28
If ownership of a box of bits counts as ownership then I am a 66 year old owner.....
Maybe by the time I am 70 I will actually have a car.........
39 now, 26 when I bought it.
60 now, first 914 purchased when I was 27. And here she is!

47. Bought my 73 17 years ago. My dad had a six when I learned to drive. I was hooked. Wish he hadn't sold it.
40.....got the “Disease” around 20.....haven’t found a cure yet...although not sure I want a cure!
I was born in 1969 .I bought my first 914 29 years ago.
Bought my first six in 1976. I am 67 now and still in love.
Bought mine in 1973 when I was 18..
Had a few 911’s and a 930 come and go
But this one stayed...
60 and I snatched the keys from my father when I was 17. I never returned the keys.
32
I still remember my dad and I signing the paperwork when I was 14..
57 have owned at least one 914 for the past 22 years
56. Have not driven one yet but now that the metal work is almost done I feel like Im on the home stretch.

58 TODAY!.....
60 today 61 next month!! Purchased my 914 March of 1980. I often do a average from the birthday message and find the average age to be in the 50 to 60 range.....Paul
79 years young Oops, wrong place which reflects age
79 years young
Fitty eight and feeling 40. Purchased my first, damn near rust free, 914 in Cali and had it shipped to FL a couple of years ago. Enjoying every minute of the process of a complete rebuild. I can’t wait to drive it for the first time.
51
happy birthday YOUNG man (compared to me!!!)
53 next month. Fell in love with the 914 in the mid 70s as a kid. Bought my first one at 48 (supposed to buy my youngest their car) and my 2nd one at 50 (because I'm old and can buy a 2nd). I'll be glad when I'm done paying off all these random car payments (2 cars for the kids and my 2nd 914).
Turning 60 next month, I am hopeful that I will have mine on the road in May.
49 in August.
is someone plotting all this on a bell curve graph? just 57
Pushing 66, a 914 has possessed me since 1979. Far from average.
68, and have owned/been owned by the 914 for the last 47
57, first 914 in 1979.
Will be 76 in Sept. First 914 bought in 1980. Parted out about 15 of the cars in the next 20 years. Wish I had kept track of the Vins. Currently have a 73 2.0 Auto-X car. ( 31 years ownership ) and a 73 1.7 project that I'll likely never finish.
65 and 3 and 2/3rds grandchildren. I’ll probably sell the 914 in a year or so. The kids like the 240Z better...

I got the 914 when I was 36. I am turning 43 this year.
My 10 year old daughter is claiming the car is hers to keep. I agree with her.
59 y/o but act like a 18 y/o!
32 this year, took possession of my boss's "spare" 914 back when I was 27, officially purchased and registered it for road use in 2016.
54- bought my 914 when I was 22-ish and still own it.
I may have been on this planet for 61 years but in the space time continuum I still have coal black hair and i am 21 and kicking ass.
I have had the Alien for more than 20 years.
73 in September no grand children but my youngest son is 12, step son’s 25 and my daughters 48. I was ready to sign the paperwork on a year old brand new (they couldn’t get rid of them) 1970 914 6 when my first wife informed me of our baby on the way, a surprise she was holding out on telling me of this special occasion but decided it should be before I bought the car hence never got the 914 6.

Let's just say I am eagerly awaiting Medicare in a couple of years.
Interesting topic Jeff! I've always looked at Mrs. K's/Rob's Birthday posts to see the same thing - young-uns vs us old farts vs. middluns!
I'm 66 point something!? .... I hit 67 in Sept.
PS - 2 kids & 3 grandkids & counting....
Bought my 73 2L in Dec. 1975 at 23 from the OO - looking to escape my gas guzzling `69 Pontiac Ventura 400 ci beast in the aftermath of the 1st oil crisis' resulting $1-1.25/gal gas - which seems low today, but was up 400-500% in a matter of 2 months from the prior 20-25 cents per gal.!
Still waiting to get her fixed/resto'd & back on the road!

My drivers license says 70, but I’m not sure that’s trustworthy.
72 This is my 6th and last one. It will go back to California where it came from and have a good life with my nephew.
Well I feel better now. I am older than about 60%, and younger than about 40% of you. My first 914 was over 40 years ago. Guess I can continue to enjoy it for awhile longer.
Are you going to crunch the numbers Jeff. There has got to be a mean in there some where. 71 in June. You ben watching what I'm doing. Not much like any 70 year old I know.
55. Though I like to drive faster.
65 and half. Got my -6 in 1977, coming up on 42yrs. If I knew then what I know now...
I turn 34 next month, own 2 currently, have had 9, bought my first when I was 14
62 going on 18,
43. I’ve owned my 914 for 18 years.
57 but my 914 makes me feel 27 when I'm driving it but 75 when I am working on it. LOL
68, have had 6 914s. Had a six ordered in '72, but instead ordered a 4 and picked it up at the factory, then drove it through 9 European countries. It was then shipped from London to Chicago. One was the M1 class Autocross champion at the Porsche Parade in San Antonio, as well as the class champion in the Michelin slalom Challenge. in 1997.
67 last February, still playing with cars. Owned at least one 914 since 1974.

Bought my first 914 in the early 80's

77 and on my 2nd 914.
First was a 70 in 1976, 77 when i had to sell it, needed more seating for kids. It had injectors of my design till I reverted to stock to sell it.
Now have 76 for 6 yrs now just back running 2056 with carbs & a cam upgrade, runs strong. It was quite rust free thank the gods !!
I’m 59.
Bought my first 914 at 20 and sold it to my brother. Had lots of 914’s since but have had the current one for 15 years. Two grandkids (5 & 3-1/2) that absolutely love riding in the 914! Another grandchild on the way so the tradition hopefully continues.

so with all of this is it time for a survey to compile the results?
I'm 66 and have had my 76 since 1995 plus two other 914's.
Just turned 111011 last month.
Turned 66 this year enjoying retirement, my six and the senior discount at the hardware store.
Just turned 31
I am 56 and a half and yes, the 914 is still on jackstands....too many interests and not enough time!
Grant
I’m 53 and the 914 is NOT on jack stands anymore
I'm 65 but I have a total of 6 914's (in various states of (dis)repair) so I am just turning 11 in 914-years.
most of the young dudes seem to come from an engineering background.

72 and still with the 1970 -6 purchased new on 9/14/71.
51...
60
Bought my first 914 in 1988 or 89.
Have owned 6 914's and 3 of those ran, 4th will run soon.
2 grand kids.

72.
Bought my first 1.7 914 in April 1970. Early numbers. Sold in May 1975 for the exact amount I paid for it. Current car is 1975.....lots of upgrades. Surprisingly can still fit in it and drive it enough to annoy the neighbors. Much more fun than the current 'computer cars'.
65 this month. only have one 914. bought it in 79, So owned it 40 years this year.
57 When did that happen?
Bought first 914 in '83 and have always had at least one (running or not) ever since.
Been daily driving my LE for the past several years.
My oldest granddaughter (just turned 10) has claimed the Creamsicle.
Just about to hit a birthday that ends in a zero... have my 9/70 build 914 I've had since new. It was my first car as my dad wouldn't let me have a car until I graduated from college (he was much smarter than I am)... so you do the math.
35 owned about 15 914s so far .
Still no move from 55 being the average so I think after nearly 150 responses we have our answer.
So the average ago of a 914 is 55 years old
Just turned 70. Still think like a 17 year old though. Just ask my wife.
bought it a 43years old 10 years ago......
53
feeling younger every day!
No wonder I like you guys - you're mostly old farts like me!
58
I'm 36, got my 914 (same car I own today) at age 15.
43. I've been wanting one for years but bought my 75 on my 40th birthday. The cars the same age as me but in a little better shape.
Dang, we old fucks. I'm 53. Ain't giving up on ye old. Djet lives!
I'm 62....purchased my first 914 when I was 20...purchased my 2nd and current 914 when I was 48.
From reading this thread, it seems the average age of a 914 owner is the same as the average age of a 914.
A little older Clay.
If the 914 is roughly 45 years old, and we are roughly 55 years old, then as a group we are about 10 years older than our cars.
That says a lot about when we began to take notice and want one...
Long Live Mick Jagger...
62 & slowing down. I think it's time for a faster car. I want a Lambo.
Technically, the Phoenix orange number in my garage belongs to my kid, who is... six.
I'll be raising the average, currently 72. Bought my first 914 in 1988 at age 42 and had to sell it a year later when we moved to Stuttgart. Bought the second car in 2005 not too long after I retired. Still have car # two. I'v had the blue car to the left for 40 years so tend to keep some for a long time.
Danny
61...bought my first 914 in 1973. Wish I still had it because it ran, unlike my current project
If you go by conception date, I should be 65 but Medicare don’t play dat.
Still single track mountain bike, downhill ski, hike the mountains and occasionally run. On the senior side I also garden 3/4 acre, belong to a male dinner club and drive my 911 in a very non-leisurely manner.
50. On my second 914. Bought my first at 16. Apparently it’s a sickness you don’t recover from.
I just turned 47.
My first car was an air cooled four (73 VW bug).
My 914 is just reliving my youth, albeit in a slightly more spirited platform
I am 70.
Wonder if @http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=179 can export the birthdates of all members and calculate the true average of umpteen thousand 914 owners. I am guess about 65.
I do know of a 100 year old lady that still owns the 914 she bought new in 1970.
Top that. And she drove it until she was 96.
39....40 in a months time
A fabulous 72, and I do not feel it. In the every morning. No smoking, drugs or alcohol.
Try to watch what I eat, that’s the hardest part. Enjoying the sunshine and blue sky in Palm Desert.

My son and son-in-law (32 and 38 respectively) would both like to have mine (75 with 3.2l six in it). Son-in-law won't drive it yet....he's a little afraid of the speed but never turns down a ride!
53 yrs and counting Hope I’m done my resto soon so I can enjoy while reasonably healthy! I bought her back in 1986.
Old guys rule
I'm 70, have had my 914 for 40 years. Mark

44 here.
Mom had a 1975 or 76 914 back in 1986 and I've wanted one since. I've had mine for 2.5 years now. VW/Audi guy my whole life.
61
56. I wanted one since I was 16. Only took me 30+ years. I've owned a lot of cars but the 914 is a keeper.
35 but I feel 25!
I'll do my part to bring the average down a tick. Just turned 35.
33 now got my 914 at 27
56. Got first one when I was 19
I'm damn near the average - 52.6ish. Got first 914 in 1999.
At the Okteenerfest they stopped giving out the "old geezer" award because I was getting it every year. 76 and have owned and driven at least one Porsche since I was 21. AL
63, it’s also my birthday today. Purchased my ‘75 914 last year.
57 got my 914 in 1997.
54. Bought first 914 when I was 19.
Let's just say I qualify for the Senior Citizen discount at most places.....and I bought my first 914, a '73 2.0, brand new.
In my case, older than your average bear, young enough to enjoy our cars
I learn something new about 914's everyday, but forget by the next morning.
Oscar
dragging the average up. 71, bought my 70-6 new in 1970 while on deployment in Germany.
1971 I bought my first one....sold number 1, 2, and 3 by 1976...
Jumped back in with two restoration projects in 2014....
Sold a '76 two weeks ago....
My 1973 2.0+ will go to my grand daughter....
I'm 72 in August.....
I ‘m 67. Got my first 1970 Porsche 914 around 4 years ago when I traded my Mercedes Benz SLK320 for it to my 19 year old stepson. The 914 was a real barn find. It was parked in a barn on a ranch in Elk Grove, California, in 1988. He got it in 2014. We had to replace the entire brake system and the fuel tank, but the injectors and fuel pump still worked and it started right up with a new battery! Even though it’s only a 1.7, the engine loves to rev since it has relatively little smog equipment and it’s an entertaining car to drive.
We bought the first one , a 1971, in 1973. I bought the 914-6 in August, 1981. I’m 65. There has been a 914 in our lives continuously since 1973.
Charlie
60.... healthy, not wealthy and somewhat wise.
Oh my.... to many.
1972 Signal orange 1.7 First year of college
1971 914/6 Irish Green (I think it was at Canepa' recently for stupid money)
1973 Black 1.8 for my daughter
1973 silver Renegade (One hell of a fun car).
1973 Arctic White 2.0 bare metal restoration and the only one I have left and will keep.
71, had mine for over 40 years.
53, bought my first one over 30 years ago - still own it and drive it.
48. Feeling pretty young with a "4" still being the first number!
Got my first 914 in 1988, current car is my 3rd and I've had it 20 years.
Celebrated my 50th this year.
First daughter off to college in a few weeks... I guess I will never get that paint job ... But at least I enjoy my car everyday!
Born 8/27/1969....50 is closing in..loving life and my ride.

Will be Medicare eligible in 5 months - sounds outrageously old to me (65 for you young gutter snipes). I recall when my mom started Medicare and she seemed ancient to me 35 years ago, and she is still living alone.
My good friend and air cooled mechanic, Bernie B (owner of a real GT) is 65 and is not allowed to retire. Ever.
34 but I haven't been behind the wheel of one since 13.

Loved all of them.
57 3 different v8 engines in a 914. One v6 engine in a 914 and currently working on a turbo 2.4 in my 914. Oddly I have never driven a stock 914 and have owned one since 1988 LOL
I'm not telling, but I am old enough to know better.
37! I got the same car I have today when i was 15! I had a few different parts cars though...
Coming up to 62, active and keen, still young in my head ,NO one can guess my age so that's a bonus.
Mmmm, I’ll be 57 sooner than I’d like to admit, and mine is a 75’ there’s something to be said about symmetry....maybe she’ll run before I hit that magical equinox?
At least that’s my goal!
Purchased in 1978 when in my early 20s.
52...
I will be 70 next month....
Bought first 914 new in 1970. Irish Green -4.

Just bought my first about a month ago! I'm probably one of the younger ones around here at 28.
71 and still going. I first drove one at a Porsche dealer in CA while attending college in Santa Barbara in 1975. Purchased this one in 2009, it was a California car. Getting harder to get up and down to do brakes and adjust valves. Lots of fun and it keeps me young.
Practically 34(on the 29th.) Bought my first at 19. I have had my current '73 for 8 years now.
Early septuagenarian!
Purchased new on May 26, 1972...still in my garage...
61.
Wanted to buy one 20 years ago but wife said no.
She's now my ex.
53
bought my first 914 in 1996, a 73 2.0L sold a few years later then bought a 70 which I had for 12yrs and foolishly sold, 73 track car (sold) and now a 73 autocross car and another 73 2.0 running project car. Have had (and still do) many many parts cars.

70. Had to start taking my RMD's this year.

Either way, I’m 56...

same as my car. we're both of the 1974 vintage.

I am 76. Purchased my 75 914 CA car in March of 2009. Test drove a 914 in 1974 while attending college in CA., at the age of 26, got married, bought a couple of houses, and raised 3 sons. Owned a 66 Triumph TR4, built an ERA 289 FIA Cobra, sold it and bought the 914 for 5K. Out of all the cars, the 914 is my favorite. I do all the wrenching on the car.
Average age = 55
I'm 71
At 82 I'm pushing the average up
Barefoot
Will be 80 on my birthday on this coming 9/14! Too late to grow up now!
I'm 78 and have owned my 50 year-old 914 for 37 years.
I got my car in 82 and I am now 66 and I am still working on it.
the Pumpkin and I share a birthday month.... April - Me 75 , Her 54
68 I think. I'll go check my driver's license.
I'm 59 now.
I had a 914 when I was 17. Traded it for a 240Z at 19
40 years later I have multiple Z cars and 4 914s; 2 of which will make it back on the road.
I've got 1 grandchild.
I'm massively better at wrenching now but it's getting harder and harder to get off the creeper today.
It appears that gravity is increasing...
I'll help push the average up. 76 and still plays with cars and in my spare time I work at Kelly-Moss Racing just to be around a lot of young talented people. Love it. Owned this 914 for the last 45 years. Mark
I'm 70 and have owned my car since 1982. My brother bought it new in 1975.
Oh boy... just turned 3/4 of a century and still have my first car, an early '71 914. Do most of the wrenching on it myself though must admit climbing under the dash, etc isn't as easy as it used to be!!
(next project is adding a pass mirror on my '73 2.0)
Getting closer to 71, still work on mine (as in, yesterday..).
Next month will be 47 years since I bought my -6.
Sometimes wonder if I would have done some things differently if I knew then what I 'know' now...
I am 71 now. Frist 914 in 1978- A 2.0 that I turbocharged and then went for a 911SC Engen and front suspension. Picture of my 1st home with my 1st child Ali now 42
Note my 1970 Dodge Challenger conv, Hemi Orange. I also had a 1941 Dodge Convertible- That was a boat

71 Bought my first 914 in 1975-new--2.0 49 state car--loved it. Sold it 5 years later for more than I paid for it. This was my 3rd Porsche--1950 356, and 1967 911. Now have a 1972 914 with full restoration almost completed.
Great stories!!
I'm 57.
First 914 was a 73 1.7 - my first car in high school in 85.
Had that til 96 (totaled in Atlanta - it now resides somewhere in George's masses...)
Picked up my current 74 in 2019.
in the intervening 23 years I had 86 and 89 944 Turbos but never lost interest in 914s - just didn't have the time or the space...
lol Revival of a post on age, and now even the post itself seems old.
I bought my first 914 as a teenager in the late 90s. I remember going to one of the old So Cal BBQ/Swap meets in 1999, being by far the youngest there and thinking everyone else was an old fart, because as a kid, to me everyone was.
Now I am an old fart (44) and everyone else is just an older fart. I find most younger people these days have no idea what a 914 even is.
Still have my first 914, that I picked up from someone in Santa Barbara, that still had Mike. Z's name on the title. Finally got around to prioritizing a full restoration on it last year.
My daughter will be 16 in 3 years, think she wants to help lower the average age and I have a couple extra 914s.
Just turned 62. I’ve owned about a dozen 914s. Here’s my current Safari teener and the 3.6 914 I had prior to this.
48 1st 914 @19 years old
45 here.
78; 1st 914 new March, 1970.
I'm 72. Bought my 1976 2.0 brand new December 1975.
26,000 original miles.
Great to read about all the other original owners here. Tried to get Pano interested in such stories, but no response.
I am 75 but i am not average. Bought my first 914 in 1983 on a whim when driving past it and saw it in a used car lot. It was a white, originally yellow, 74 1.8 and paid $1800 for it. Drove it three years until the cam gear stripped out.
57 and feeling inspired by all the 70+ guys still going strong. Got my first Porsche (911) in 1990 and first 914 in 1999. Have had my current 914 since 2002.
Bought the car 45 now I'm 65
Purchased my 914 almost 20 years ago. I'm turning 56 in a couple of weeks. How the F did that happen?
I'm 54 1/2
took me 51 years to get my first 914. had it for a year and a half being re-built. Cant wait!!!
I'm 55! I remember the first time I saw a 914 back in the early 70s when I was a young lad. It was yellow. I liked the looks so much, I made one for my first pinewood derby car. I took 1st Place Show but, like a most 914s, it wasn't very fast.
63. No, I can’t believe it either but damn, time sure has a way sneaking up on us.
I’ll have it 14 years in August, longest stretch of any car I’ve ever had.
My father purchased our 914 in 1974 new from Ely Porsche Audi in Hayward when he was 25 (He's now 74 will be 75 this year 9/22). I got my father to bring the old girl out from the garage in 2004/2005 after it broke down in 1992. I learned to drive it after it got running again at 17. I am 36 currently but will be 37 on 9/11. This is our first any only 914. I've added a few tasteful modifications to the car over the years. Our 914 turned 50 in April of this year per the production date. My father still owns it but I drive it more than he does now.

74 but who's counting?
68 going on 19 heh
55, bough my long awaited 914 at 40, one month after moving to California.
Honored to have the privilege of being part of this fantastic community of young enthusiasts!
Concrete seems harder at 71.
72. Bought my first 914 in 1975, a ‘71 1.7. Currently own 3 914’s, 4 if you count the ‘72 parts car like my wife does. Picture is of “our” 73 1.7 taken in 2020 (guess where) before it was painted green. Still trying to get it back together.

Average people don't own & drive 914's.
I'm 72 now. Bought my 914 when I was 62.
The average age when this post started in 4/16/2019 was 55. So 5 years later makes it around 60.
Out of the 247 members that responded to this post, the average age is 58. There are 58 members over 70 out of the 247.
I am 60. Met Betty in 1985, and she had her 914. Everyone can blame her for me being here.
We got married November 19, 1988. This is how we left the chapel.
At 60, it is getting harder to get in and out of the 914s, and harder to get out there and work on them. But I am not a quitter, I will keep all three of them running until I can't hold a wrench.
When you're 73 you'll forget if you've already posted.....
First was a 914-6. Sold it and raised a family. I'm the one in black shorts and look young out camping with 2 bikes and gear in the -6.

Now 84 years young!
87 years old, still working & married 59-years to a young lady much younger than me
Still have my 914 purchased in 1995 than restored by me with over 2,500 manhours of my time, plus help on my motor build. Lots more to the story
Still feel young, just getting a little crusty with you young ones under 40-years old
Tom in MI
I am so happy to see many folks much older (that’s all relative)than me enjoying their 914. I hope I have the opportunity to enjoy mine for many more years.
I seem to be one of the few to still drive a 914 at track days and hill climbs events ...
Turning 67 in a few days! I'm a kid compared to Tom (TJB)!!!
I feel young ... I am a "newbie" ... member 27,926 ...
Thanks to ADMIN Rusty for deleting my profile after 20+ years
Average age of tomorrows birthday group 57.75 which is right in line with our thinking about 60. I just turned 66 myself.
You are a GREAT encouragement to me as I'm a young 79.
And my 7 year restoration by myself (with lots of help from RichB45) has taken about 500 hours I think.....cannot imagine 2,500!
We're both far from average......

Owned my first 914 in 1972 for a few years. I bought the second one in 2019. I'm 73 now and the car makes me feel like I am 21 all over again.
63, owned a 914-6 since 1978,, amongst others that will be for sale ,,shortly
67 in August
Got my 75 914 in Oct.77 and still have it with only 105,000 original miles.
When I joined I was one of the younger guys here. 20 years later.... Not so much.
But, hey! I'm STILL below average!
Zach
17 pages of how old are you. Strong community in any case!
76 in August. Getting close to the age of dirt.
42 in August, I used to get driven around in a 914 (parents dd) when I was a little kid.
71. Old enough to know better.
60 in July. (Although, I feel like 45-59 most days).
Some days I am 18, and some days I am 80. But it seems that lately I have more days where I feel like I am 80, and that sucks.
47 here, but got my 914 when I was in my 20s and it was last driven in my early 30s....yikes. So in my head I'm still in my 30s, but the body and clock doesn't agree
I HAVE to finish it before I'm 50...I'll probably have to pay someone to help at this point.
Fitty eight
Fitty eight also
5 years after first post on this thread and now I'm 68. The Biz will never catch the Bliz(nik).

62 and two new hips.
The Okteenerfest group used to give out an "old geezer" award every year . I got the last two because at 81 looks like I'll be the only one getting it. Bought my first 914 about 1989 as a father and son project and in 1998 that son was SCCA Southeast Region Champ in E Production driving a 914. I've been driving Porsches 55 years and have a real six and a concours 74 914 . will be driving the 914 to Okteenerfest in September see you all there.
