This post from the 993 section of the Rennlist.com bulletin board explains the setup:

You must sign up on the above thread, be a Rennlist.com member, and show up with an aircooled Porsche, not specifically a 993.
Projected weather for next Tuesday is a high of 70, partly cloudy and 10% chance of rain.
I did the original design layout of that track. What's there now is pretty close.
I plan to be there. Hoping for a clear day, at the top you can see three bordering states. Would also be nice if we had the opportunity to drive the track in both directions.
Among those planning to attend is John D. who started Rennlist (then known as Porschelist) in the late 90's. It's been better than a decade since I last saw him.
I'll be there.
Planning to go, weather permitting. Did the first one two years ago with my 993. We had a great day with fewer than a dozen cars. Should be double that number this time including a few 914s!
From Cemoto on the 993 section of the Rennlist.com board:
“OK! -
Two thumbs up. We are on for Tuesday AM.
I will have the gate open at 8:15 and we will have a brief drivers meeting 8:45 - 9am.
Absolutely no drugs or alcohol permitted on the facility grounds.
Thank you!”
Great time today. Skies got better as the day went on. Lots of laps, lunch, more laps and photo shoots. Was good to see some old friends and make some new ones.
Dick Shine (L) and John Dunkle (R ) talk with Al Sandy of Palmer Motorsports
A great day. My first time driving a 914 on track. What a blast!
