me and my friends did a triathlon in a relay race this weekend
it was a side event to the tyrolean championships in the olympic distance race, but the relay race was just half the way
about 2250 ft swim + about 12.5 miles bike + about 3.25 miles run

I was the guy who had to bike (I'm the one with the light yellow trikot)

after the change-over of the time chip I started the race

my team mate is waiting for the time-chip

we finished on 14 from 20 relay teams

not that bad under consideration tha we're all "just for fun" athlets
most of the other relay teams had specialists for the single parts
