914World.com _ 914World Garage _ Washer Pump Install - where to mount?

Posted by: FlacaProductions Aug 17 2019, 01:35 PM

I know it's been covered a TON but I've never seen where everybody mounts their pumps. I'd love to do it without drilling for obvious reasons but I'm not averse to it if it's the way to go.

Thanks guys - I think i'm going to go with option-B here. It's what I was thinking and there is strength in numbers...I'd prefer not to drill - at least not initially.

Used a pump from Mk3 golf ,under the bottle so has some head pressure, needed to block one side off the pump cause it did the rear window on the golf.
Downsides ? too much pressure on the screen without adjusting jets, but was free and I had a suitable 4 pin relay also.
