There is a year already going on it somewhere.
Car was not worth the money.
I saw it in the auction catalog
And if this is what its selling for
That s good news for me .
12 x what i paid for mine 8 years ago
(I didn't buy at auction)
that car sold for WAY more than it was worth was offered to someone we know for 35. and we thought that that was too much
more power to us 914 owners though!
Too many stupidly rich Exectutives
lots of wrong,,

People often buy the story over the car.
I find it very very hard to believe the miles on this one
look at the door gaps. and the suspicious bump on the right rocker cover. just sayin'
They took the tits off and it looks so much better!

I will have to forward this to my insurance guy... Shouldn't be a problem raising my agreed amount.
Someone (of means) paid $912,500 for a 911 that could have snagged for about 6-7% of the hammer price 20 years ago. It was part of Bruce Jennings estate.
Around the same time I bought his '67 911-S PTS, Cadillac Autumn Rust Poly with green interior. It was an acquired taste.
The car had a slick close ratio 901 LSD transmission. 1st/2nd/3rd gear shifts happened quickly with the short stack box and deep breathing carbs. Great memories. All it ever had were "rain hats" and the noise was glorious.
bla bla . I bought a sun baked 6 ,,,10 years ago , $6500 ,,,non running, brake pads in a box, interior destroyed by CA, sun,,never tried to start it... ....solid rust free ..but...sold it it for 28k,
