what would you use as a minimum diameter lines going up front.

I'm thinking I will use steel or copper. 30 bucks.

Anyone know of the cheapest connection for Gates green stripe? Cost?

3/4" pipe works fine. I wouldn't go smaller. Bigger is ok but not necessary.

can you think of any reason for not using steel elect. conduit? I will be using 25% coolant....

Conduit and copper pipe easier to work with, less crush resistance. But if you do a good job tucking the pipe into the indentations under the floorpan it will be protected quite well. I've noticed that galvanized fittings get a 'furry' looking corrosion in them which I have not seen with plain steel pipe. Copper or aluminum preferred over galvanized. If you want no worry of crushed lines go with black steel pipe. A pain in the butt to bend, but I jack the car up under my lines.
