Four red wires. One (green)?

I was thinking of bunching these up and connecting to battery. Is this right??

The four red wires definitely go to the battery. Can't tell what the other wire is. Will post pictures of what they should look like later when I get home. biggrin.gif

Mine all have a connector on each wire, and are attached to the bolt on the positive battery post. Seems you could bunch the red up and connect. I don't know about the green wire. Where does it come from?

Looking closer, it's a green with a red stripe. Large square connector.

The 4 reds hook to the positive post of the battery. The green one is the connection for the oil temp sender. If you have a oil temp gauge there should be a sender in the bottomof the taco plate on the bottom of the right front corner of the motor. The wire from that should run along the engine support bar to the green connector in your picture.
