Well, It wont be Wednesday, I will be working down at the port for sure. Aaron is going to see if he can get Thursday off, if not, it will be next week. Just wanted to post this up to give everyone a heads up.

Posted by: McMark Jul 5 2005, 12:08 PM

Thanks for the heads up. Keep me posted. I have to visit Martin anyway and it'd be nice to see ya'll as well. wink.gif

Posted by: neo914-6 Jul 5 2005, 12:43 PM

Do you guys want me to see if anyone can bring the four tires/wheels from San Jose to Fairfield/Napa area? It would help you to avoid a traffic loop to San Jose and 101 back to I5.

Mueller works in Fremont and lives in Pittsburg... idea.gif

Posted by: Jenny Jul 5 2005, 12:54 PM

Aaron, lemme know about the tranny. My brother is coming up Thur nite and driving back sunday. I can send it with him rolleyes.gif or if you're in the area, you can come get it. Whatever works best for you.

Jen

Posted by: Aaron Cox Jul 5 2005, 02:15 PM

Jenny - i can pick it up from your brother in HB. no worries.
felix - i can deliver your package to the S. Pasadena area, where he can arrange for pickup

Not sure what the travel route is, I'm "sorta" on the way to Fairfield depending how you planned on getting there.

Feel free to stop on by......

Posted by: Aaron Cox Jul 5 2005, 03:15 PM

i think skline was planning to go to fairfield, then we'd go to SJ and back down to SoCal.

ill ask him what the route is...
AA

Posted by: Mueller Jul 5 2005, 03:28 PM

if you came by my place you could skip SJ and get back to 5 much quicker

Fairfield is in the upper left hand corner, Antioch, red star...Hwy 5 off to the right

Posted by: Jenny Jul 5 2005, 11:29 PM

Ugh.. change of plans for the tranny, AAron. My brother's coming up in a Supra, so he won't have room for the tranny. Are you and Scott staying overnight at all, or just passing thru? I can try to meet up with you guys.

Jen

Posted by: McMark Jul 6 2005, 01:41 AM

Jenny, can you get the tranny to Mike Mueller?

Posted by: skline Jul 6 2005, 05:21 AM

Yup, planning on leaving tomorrow morning around 4 AM and was going to go straight up to Fairfield and then down. That would be great if we could get everything centralized. Here is the route we were planning on taking. I am off to work now so I wont be around all day. We were not planning on spending the night, I have to get back and finish up a job on Friday.

Mike, how late are you staying at work today? I can proally get the tranny from my parents' house and drop it off in Fremont this evening. But I gather if I drop it off tomorrow, it'll be too late since Scott & Aaron are going up to Antioch to meet you, right?

Jen

Posted by: McMark Jul 6 2005, 11:48 AM

Why don't Aaron and Scott just stop in Fremont? It not as for out of their way as San Jose.

Ok, The plan is to arrive at Mikes first tomorrow and be at Martin's house at 1 or 1:30. He needs his beauty sleep after pulling a night shift. I will put Mike's address into the computer and get the route down with mileage and times and so on. We will stop for breakfast on the way up to kill a little time but leaving at 4 AM I am guessing we will be at Mikes around 11:30 or 12:00. It's about 30 minutes from Mike's house to Martin's house. That would be perfect timing. We will see.
