Hello, in your opinions will this work for the oil strainer? Says 0 to 80 foot lbs see picsAttached Image Attached Image

No. Oil strainer bolt torque is 9.4 Ft Lbs which is approx 113 in lbs and beyond the range of the wrench in the picture. You typically don't use the top or bottom 10% of the range so ideally you want one with a max value of at least 125 in lbs

this one might do since it is for 5 to 19 ft lbs. except this is in nm (newton-meters)
