So of course I bugered my existing plug looking for why my car started running poorly. Sure enough there was a broken wire and trying to fix it I muscle f'ed the whole deal...50 year character defect....so does anyone out there have one? Planning on next friday's run but don't want to go with aligator clips.....please help..thank you. Auto Atlantla part number R5539125. Don't know if George will be open tomorrow so asking tonight. Thank you very much.

That shows as the 4 pole terminal to the MPS sensor.

Hey Cary...how have you been? There is a picture of one with two wires.....I did see the four wire version but that is not it. Do you have one handy? I hope to find one locally so I can get it today. That you for your help.

Hello Cary....I figured out that the part number is R 5539123. Do you think this is the same plug for both the fuel injectors and the head temp sensor 2? Thank you,

Yes.
Did you get the wires out without damaging the "keeper tang " ?

Ok....I see Jeff Bowlsby is watching this thread and I believe he is an expert on the wiring of our cars. So question of the day.....is the plug for the head temperature sensor 2 the same as the fuel injector plugs? Do tell? Thank you very much.

Yes, Jeff is an excellent harness re builder.
And yes, the same connector/terminal.

We make the 2,3,4,and 5 plastic parts. If that's what's messed up I'll drop you one out.
Even if overnight. you wouldn't get til Tue.

Not a problem same part we use on our harnesses,
Got all the rubber bits too.
