914World.com _ 914World Garage _ a "key" question

I have owned my 914 for over 45 years and still have not figured out what the key pictured in the middle is for. The key on the left is for the Hirschman antenna and the key on the right is ignition and door key, but what is the use for the key pictured in the middle? The car is a 1970/4.
