I was wondering was our Covid WCR Covid free. It was such a great event and I felt like we all did as well as we could with mask wearing and social distancing except for the drivers meetings and maybe gathering for Pete's inspirational speech the event was socially responsible.
I'm good....
I tested NEG a day before driving up....kept my mask on, didn't socialize too much.
I'm Good
My 914 was in ICU but quickly recovered......
It appeared that everyone was respectful towards each other with distancing.
I don’t know of anyone who caught COVID, but it was cold!! Thank @http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=9892 for the toasty heat exchangers. They were on most of the time I was there.
No symptom yet and it was damn cold.
All good on this end. Kids are getting over being sick but it's just normal cold (no fever)
All’s good here. Since most of the event was outdoors odds are in our favor.
My 914 battery got sick when we got home ( new one made it all better) but we're A-OK.
All good here .
My brother and I are fine. My car caught a bug on the way home, but I will get to it after Thanksgiving. I am experiencing a mild mis-fire from 2K-3K RPM. Other than that, all is good.
Good here.
me too
I'm healthy
Healthy.
Winston, Manas and I are all fine however Manas did returned with a serious 914 addiction. He quickly cured it the following day by getting his first 914 with a known rust virus/cancer. He is operating on it now and with time, $$ And a few choice words should be fine.
Felt sick I couldn't make it .
I made several calls to attendees.... glad to report that no one has reported illness.
I am fine, as well.
Thankful
Agree it was all of that cold, outdoors, and even a little precipitation. I was so excited to be around so many 914 owners and cars it made the above mentioned factors almost non existent. Notice I did say almost LOL well it seems like we have to give another shout out to Robert and Chris and anyone else that was involved in the planning of this event. For the event to pull off a covid 19 free rating that in itself was a huge success.
Nancy and I are fine. She got to drive my Suby-powered 914 for the first time, and she loved it. In fact, she loved it so much that she said I should call Susie again and try to buy her 1975 914 that I've been trying to wrestle from her for six years... and she sold it to us! Picked it up yesterday.
All good here, and that was with airport travel as well.
All good. My daughter and I had a great time with everyone!
I was tested the next day for my vacation to Maui. Good to go.
Cathy & I felt great during the event, and have been well since coming home. *Note: If you're looking at this Gonzo54, we look forward to seeing Wednesday.
Blessings
Jerry & Cathy
