Just use a 911 one or are the 914 FI pumps adequate?
Thanks and hope everyone is having a good weekend.
Are you running Webers or the Motronic? If F.I. I believe you will need the fuel pump that goes with the F.I.
You need to use the 3.2 pump. It was a while ago but I remember Summit had the correct pump for a lot less than the usual suspects. Then go to a speed shop and get fittings to fit.
Thank you for the responses gentlemen. I will be running factory fuel injection on this.
Appreciate the extra info Steve, very helpful.
20 years ago I bought a new Audi 4000 fuel pump. It has these nice color coded screw on plastic terminals with rubber O-rings seals. (Again Audi factory) The early fuel pump location is tight. It’s super clean and I’m still running the same pump. No issues at all with fuel pressure and the car does 150 mph with no fuel starvation confimed several times..!
Thanks @http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=9407
Wouldn't any external two barb (and electicial connector) in-line 30lb-ish FI pump work?
CIS needs/has a special pump, way higher pressure than an EFI pump. Where as carb pump is to low of pressure.
I like to use the inline deatchworks pumps. its a -6 orb
Patrick Motorsports does hundreds of these conversions. Give them a call or check out there project pages.

You will notice he uses a stock 911 pump. He also mounts them in the stock location on the aluminum 911 cross member. Mine is still in the 75-76 stock location. I plan on moving it someday to the aluminum cross member. The pump is pretty quiet and has not been a problem so far...
