Peugeot outboard motor. A |
And the white stuff on the floor probably isn't road salt.
I heard they were banned in California because the white lines on the road dissappeared wherever they went.
The mid-year model had the mirrors mounted on the dash...

I really like Google...
I've always like the look of the car. Then again, I also likes the Lancia Scorpion and Posche 914.
first car to be delivered with SNOW tires....
The water pump from hell !
I like 'em.
Actually saw one today on my way home. Very cool!
I took a couple of pics at the last oldtimer fair

thank you....someday I will have one of those.
There's an old guy up the road that has one in his barn. It's been sitting since '91 all covered in bird crap and 4 flat tires. A buddy of mine took me over to look at another car he had. The guy has about 5 acres full of cars. The barn is where he keeps the special stuff though.
I guess he was driving it one day and the door wouldn't open for him in the middle of summer. He was so pissed after almost dying (a/c didn't work) that he parked it and hasn't messed with it since. I tried to get him to sell, but he wouldn't.
This guy is the most nasty crusty person you'd ever meet. As we drove up my buddy warned me to keep the kids in the car. I'd go back, but the images he puts in your mind are unbearable.
I've seen a few of these painted (Red, black and one gold). How and why?

wow, they look good painted!
I worked with a woman who had one (back when they were new). She would drive it to work every once in a while, but occasionally she wouldn't be able to put it in gear, so one day after our shift I had to put it in gear for her...it wasn't too bad. I'd like to have one as part of a stable one day.
I can't believe that no one asked this....
Where is the FLUX CAPACITOR?
its a factory option......
*gosh*
read the flippin' manual.

most i've seen are pure junk. sad about that most of the parts are NLA. I really liked those cars. That's #3 on my list...
Ok Britt, can't stand the suspense... Please tell: #2, and...... #1??
#2:BMW 2002tii
#1:912
I agree with the Tii, but why a 912 VS a 356?
how many 356s have you seen that are cheap enough to get into?
same engine
if i see a gud 356 to get into, i'll jump on that.

Early 912 = 356 engine
Late 912 = 914 engine
That makes it a 2 time loser
Well damn I didn't know that.
Never seen too many 912's around of course hard to tell with all them poser 911 guys running around.
never miss a 356
nor a 914 duh of course
Oh yea seen a Delorean yesterday at the shop of all places. (Airforce auto hobby) I was mounting up some new race tires and he of course has it up on a rack scratching his head.
Never went over to talk, he looked a little bewildered and irritated. "cool car" coment may not have helped any.
I liked the prototype for the car, too bad they couldn't have made that(ditto the Boxter) but I always thought it was just a less attractive version of a Pantera. Now THAT is a nice set of electric trains.......
the 912E is the type IV powered car.
My 356 was only 8500 bucks in 99 or 2000, drove it for a couple years before I sold it to a Dutch guy who took it overseas to restore it.
I really wish I'd kept it. It would be in pieces in my garage right now
