This is your relay board and by the looks of it, i'd venture to say it is NOT working correctly in its current condition.
Disconnect the battery, remove the relay board, give it a good cleaning, get new relays and fuses and you might just get lucky.

T4 efi engine compartment relay + circuit board: if you can't freshen yours up:
@http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=1319 or @http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=865 for take-off (salvage) unit, search around WTB classifieds, and there is a guy here that made New boards as well (search). If you have the black plastic Top Cover for the board...that's a plus !

Wild or ugly? How could they possibly be working?
What is the general status of the car, how long since it has ran?

That's what i'm thinking. There's no way those relays were still working.

The rectangular can is the voltage regulator. The correct battery charging voltage is about 13.5 V IIRC. If the regulator is bad & produces too much output voltage, it'll cook your battery & God knows what else.

Not sure how long since it ran. Obviously I need a new system or rebuilt. I reached out to the once mentioned but did not get any replies. Any advice?
Thanks Jeff
