I didn't know him well at all but I ran into Sherwood many times over the years at local shows/events. RIP.

Oscar
I met Sherwood years ago when I first bought my 914...almost 20 years ago now. He invited me to the local "Cars and Coffee" event and was on his mailing list for many years now.
Just a good person and a big loss here in So Cal in the P car world.
Prayers are with him and his family he will be missed.
Rob

RIP my friend
...I can't believe that I'm writing this as Sherwood, my crew at the shop + myself were all such good friends.
His service will be at Forest Lawn, Glendale CA. on November 15, 2021, at 2:30 pm.
God Speed Sherwood
Unbelievable Sherwood posted here two months ago selling a new 10pc gray carpet kit. I drove out to his cars and coffee event in La Canada to pick it up. What a kind gentleman we talked Porsche 914/911 over donuts and coffee for two hours. God speed my friend I will keep that gray carpet in my car for the rest of my days.
RIP my friend
I added him to the Fallen Brothers and Sisters thread, I didn't know there was this thread....
Great guy RIP!!!
