I am taking out the dash. How do I get this undone? See pic.

It almost looks like you would slide it to the left, and push back up through??

tried to slide but would not budge, perhaps some gentle persuasion?

Try warming it up a bit with a heat gun to see if that helps it to slide?

Can't see the back side, but doesn't appear there are slots on the back side, so maybe slide it to the left, and then poke the back of it through first, and then those tabs might slip up into those slots??

it did slide to the left and then just jumped right up and out. don't have heat gun used very gentle leftward persuasion.
