2013!!! This started.....Something smells fishy...
they know who it is?
they know he is coming in on a cruise ship?

Oh I forgot....who was the attorney general at the time?
Stealing under $900 is legal in parts of CA. Why?

Chop shop story reminds me of what happened to my 73 911 Targa. Back in the late 1990's I sold the 911 to somebody in Houston. Fast forward 10 years, I got a phone call from the LA Sheriff Dept saying they found my 911 in a chop shop in LA. I had a good laugh and told them the story. Seems I was the last registered owner.

Porsche Sedans??

From John Danials, stainless systems:
"Have known him for maybe 20 yrs. He is a continuing criminal enterprise. He conned me into investing in two 911’s with him, got new titles for them and sold them. I have the cancelled checks, org titles, contract between us, etc. I reported him, the cars were traced and current locations etc known, but local DA says “private matter” and refused to prosecute even though he torched his “shop” in an old feed mill in Novato, and claimed that one of the cars burned in the fire. The car was shipped to Europe before the fire. Putting him away was too much work, so he continued
in business for another 10 yrs
doing the same stuff. Now they get some big headlines, but may not prosecute. They will continue to get their fat salary’s and pensions and the beat will go on, and he will continue most likely doing what he has anyways done. Ask Al -former owner of Parts Heaven - about Krieger and how the cops have done nothing to lock him up. He’s been operating here for 40+ years, with impunity.
Gvt at work."

Local news had several pictures of a shop on their news report.

It’s really a shame that our hobby allows for crooks and thieves to get away with stealing money, parts and cars.

thanks for the heads up.

How can this guy even walk around without someone taking him on a hunting trip??

Posted by: Cairo94507 Dec 6 2021, 01:42 PM

A blanket and baseball bat come to mind.....
Having been through my own fraud experience with the guy in Charles City, VA I have zero tolerance for these cockroaches. I would love to sit on a jury on a case like this.

Have you met the average Porsche owner? Not what I would call tough guy material. That's why guys get away with stuff for so long, because their only fear is the courts, civil or criminal, but no one is taking anybody to the woodshed in Porscheland.
