I just inquired about the same thing. PMB Performance sells the lines for around $29.

Yes, U can do this but will need to set up for it. Shouldn't be too expensive but need at least 10 interested to make it work

Also the PMB kit is not formed.

The pmb kit is not formed but is easily formed with the use of a heat gun.
