Some advice on exactly where the mounts go in a late car, and a vendor for the mounts would be great.
Pics please of the mounts welded in!
Thanks

Brad Mayer makes a high quality product. These are not a thin gauge metal
We stock his stuff too. Unfortunately, will not be around my car until tomorrow evening.

Yes that is early not 75-76. Just pop the body plugs and weld them in.

Thanks for posting that up. The picture is wrong I'll get that corrected. It should be exactly the same as Brad has pictured.

Before you change anything Mark, the comments or corrections are correct.
The early brackets (70-74) are the ones you posted above.
Due to the change in the chassis to accommodate the bumper shock setup on the late 75-76 cars those brackets changed to the simpler version (on your page sixnotfour posted).
The installation is the same for both. The leading weld nut is located into the factory hole (may have a plastic cap/plug inserted) and is oriented length-wise to the back of the car & welded.

Interesting, I'm about to fab/weld in a new set of tabs into my trunk for my factory sway bar. Anyone have any info on the thickness? 16 gauge?

Looks like 1/8” to me

Just be sure to weld the 1/8" plate to the trunk floor.

Or come back later to weld up the tears in the trunk floor.
