The "zero mileage" comment that the narrator kept repeating was a little annoying. It's got 97K on it, bud!

The "zero mileage" comments are Germanic interpretation for a freshly restored car... that this example actually has 97,500 km seems lost in that translation. Remember, the VO on this German documentary is in English. idea.gif

And being the '65 press car is pretty cool. But €800,000 cool?!?. Will look for data on that sale when it happens.

OT: Interesting that the resto shop owner and his wife live in a Richard Neutra home. Nice crib. He's usually associated with California.

Nice to see a few 914's in the mix. It is nice that there are true craftsmen still around and they are training apprentices for the future. Truly a lost art. German perfection.

Scary upside down financial model there.
They own the second most number of aircooled Porsches….
A ton of money sitting around depreciating while electric cars take over the next generation.

At 300-1Mm to get a clean car….I can think of three or four other cars I would own instead.
