I have swapped in a GM 3.1lt. V-6 into my car,need to use a cable shifter.
Which one is best?

Welcome back! I took a 9-10 year break from 914's myself. Found a nice 914 a couple of years ago.

Dunno about the cable, just wanted to wish you a welcome back to the 914 world!

Indeed, welcome back to the fun. I took a break from '95 when I sold my '7- 914-6 to 2010 when I bought my '71 914-6. Life happens and cars can not always be the priority.

Shifter options depend on which trans you're running. Give us that info and we'll offer some opinions.

I've got a "73" side shifter installed.
